Returns & Refunds
For items bought online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned . You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund, you must not start using them, install them, input any data/software, remove security seals or damage the products see through packaging, this will incur a charge of up to 50% of the value of the item. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original sealed packaging. Customers must let us know when receiving their goods that they want to cancel or return items, customers then must return the goods at their expense within 14 days once you have informed us.
Refunds will then be processed within 2 working days of receiving the goods back.
For unwanted returns please use a tracked and/or signed delivery service to avoid delays and/or lost items.
Warranty & Faulty goods
Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a large faulty product for an exchange or refund with free return shipping after the 30 days large products will be covered by the manufacturers warranty (This excludes Parts & Frames). If your product develops a fault after 30 day please refer to the manufacturer for warranty cover which is normally 12 months or more.
All Parts & Frames are covered by warranty for 30 days from purchase or delivery date.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear..
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.
We can arrange free return delivery and refund, or an exchange or repair, by contacting sales.
